You will facilitate training, monitor conditions for safety, and work with management to improve environmental, health, and safety outcomes. Role requires collaboration across shifts and locations.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable teaching groups, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Prior EHS experience is valued, and bilingual能力 is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend or conduct EHS related meetings and training.
• Understand Shaw systems (SAFE/SMS/SES/Procedures).
• Monitor for unsafe conditions and drive positive changes.
• Provide updates on EHS progress at management meetings.
• Maintain EHS records and confidentiality.
• Train associates across shifts and locations as needed.
• Support plant safety programs and audits.
