Job summary

Modine is seeking an EHS/HR trainer to support workplace safety and environmental programs at our U.S. facility. You will deliver classroom training, communicate safety expectations to frontline staff, and help maintain compliance documentation.

You will develop, update, and implement EHS policies and procedures, track training records, and assist with OSHA logs and incident investigations. Strong organization and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct classroom training.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom training to front line employees and supervisors.
• Update plant EHS policies and programs including Emergency Plan, Hazardous Waste Plan and Hazard Communication.
• Compile, input and track EHS data and maintain OSHA logs.
• Assist with safety and environmental audits and investigations.
