Job summary

Panelmatic is seeking an Health, Safety, and Environment Technician to strengthen our manufacturing safety program in Houston. You will assist the HSE manager by conducting inspections, delivering trainings, and maintaining OSHA/EPA compliance while promoting a 5S culture.

Ideal candidates have demonstrated experience in EHS roles within manufacturing, with strong report writing skills and a certification in First Aid and CPR.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an EHS role within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and occupational health practices.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques and 5S is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Provide training on first aid, CPR, OSHA regulations, and occupational health practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes; prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to promote proactive workplace safety and clear communication on safety concerns.
