Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Technician to provide hands-on field support across manufacturing, R&D, and test operations. You will work with the EHS Manager to cover site-wide safety tasks on the production floor and in test areas.

The role focuses on inspections, equipment readiness, hazardous material handling, and supporting training delivery in a fast-paced environment. U.S. citizenship and potential security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a related EHS/industrial hygiene background.
• Associates degree or technical certificate in health and safety or related field preferred.
• Experience with OSHA/Cal-OSHA safety requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly inspections in manufacturing, R&D and test areas.
• Coordinate with EHS team on hazard identification and control selection.
• Manage waste accumulation areas and PPE inventories.
• Assist with training logistics and records filing.
• Support on-site response actions as directed.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards.
