The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to reduce workplace hazards, enhance safety culture, and promote sustainability. A Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering and over 3 years of EHS management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an EHS Management role.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to travel regionally (10%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage EHS programs and compliance.
• Drive integration of EHS into daily operations.
• Track and report progress toward EHS targets.

Skills

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001

EHS Management experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent
