Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Supervisor to manage our safety programs across 13 warehouses. You will ensure OSHA compliance, assist with workers' compensation loss control, and foster a culture of safety excellence.

The role requires hands-on oversight of EHS policies, incident tracking, and training program delivery. You will collaborate with site leaders to drive continuous safety improvements and maintain regulatory records.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk assessment, and worker's compensation laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, analyze data, and drive improvements in safety performance.
• Proficient in using EHS training software and tools for data management, incident reporting, and analysis.
• Experience delivering EHS training programs.
• Proven track record of implementing safety initiatives that reduce incidents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure safety across 13 warehouses.
• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs to ensure OSHA compliance and environmental standards.
• Help ensure RJW's Safety Rating (DART) is achieved and maintained.
• Monitor safety program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and incident tracking records.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections; recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with managers to drive safety ownership and continuous improvement.
• Deliver EHS training using Alchemy Systems to educate employees and contractors.
