Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Illinois is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Supervisor to oversee safety programs across 13 warehouses. You will ensure OSHA compliance, support the EHS Director with workers' compensation loss control, and foster a culture of safety excellence.

• Proficient in using EHS training software and data management tools.
• Experience delivering EHS training programs and driving safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all matters related to EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure safety across 13 Illinois warehouses.
• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs to ensure OSHA compliance and environmental standards.
• Monitor and maintain RJW's Safety Rating (DART) and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Keep incident tracking records and OSHA 300 logs up to date and accurate.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations in all warehouses.
• Deliver EHS training programs through Alchemy Systems for employees and contractors.
• Assist EHS Director with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare regulatory reports related to safety performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers to foster safety ownership and accountability.
