Job summary

TAS is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor in Houston, TX to drive safety programs, regulatory compliance, and a proactive safety culture across multiple sites. This role leads EHS coordinators, conducts audits, and coordinates training and incident investigations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of EHS experience, ISO 14001/45001 knowledge, and strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time on-site position with responsibilities across TAS facilities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of EHS manufacturing, construction, or general industry experience.
• OSHA trainings for General Industry (minimum 5 years).
• Relevant OSHA and environmental certifications listed in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs.
• Ensure ISO 14001 & 45001 compliance across TAS facilities.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct monthly audits and coordinate site reviews with EHS Coordinators.
• Deliver EHS training for employees, management, and contractors.
• Manage workers' compensation processes and reporting duties.
• Coordinate with HR, operations, and other departments to foster safety culture.
