Job summary

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator at Häns Kissle will coordinate occupational safety, environmental and workers' compensation compliance under the Sr. EHS Manager, supporting the See Something, Say Something, Do Something culture.

You will partner with site leadership to ensure policy adherence, lead the safety committee, train staff, manage environmental reports and waste, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field; 2–5 years EHS in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and state workers' comp rules.
• Bi-Lingual speaking and professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal standards.
• Serve as site SME on safety and environmental issues.
• Lead monthly safety committee meetings.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare environmental reports for regulatory agencies.
• Maintain site 300 Log and Form 301 per OSHA.
• Coordinate safety training per matrix.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors on safety.
