Job summary

Terberg Taylor Americas Manufacturing is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Supervisor to lead a culture of safety across the Columbus facility in Mississippi. You will develop and maintain programs ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and drive continuous improvement with operations teams.

The role requires 3–5 years EHS experience in manufacturing, a related bachelor's degree, and the ability to lead investigations, conduct risk assessments, and track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Lead investigations for injuries, near misses, property damage, and environmental incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Track, trend, and report key EHS performance indicators (KPIs) to plant leadership.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing EHS training for all employees.
