Ferrotec, based in Livermore, CA, is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor to lead our site's EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture across operations.
You will partner with Operations, Facilities, Quality and HR to implement policies, maintain documentation, and support ESG and product compliance efforts, including data collection and reporting via the Assent platform.

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor is responsible for leading and administering Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture across the site.
This role supports the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and EHS compliance programs by implementing established policies, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring audit readiness across site operations. The position also supports ESG and product compliance requirements through data collection, validation, and reporting using the
Assent platform. ESG strategy, governance, and enterprise reporting ownership remain centrally managed.
The EHS Supervisor serves as the site's primary safety resource and partners closely with Operations, Facilities, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, and site leadership to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Reporting: Functionally aligned to Integrated Management Systems; operationally supports site leadership (Facilities/Operations as applicable).
