Job summary

PWC is seeking a forward‑thinking Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for Fayetteville, NC. The role champions safety culture, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, guiding a small SHE team and coordinating contractors across safety, environmental, and compliance programs.

You will drive emergency planning and incident investigations, establish KPIs, and ensure OSHA/EPA/NESC/NFPA/DOT compliance while collaborating with organizational leaders to mitigate risks and promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field with 10+ years of safety or environmental management experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory/PM capacity.
• Associate degree in Occupational Safety or related field with 12+ years of safety or environmental management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
• Drive safety culture, coach leaders and frontline employees, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, and other standards.
• Oversee a small team of SHE professionals and manage external safety, environmental, or compliance contractors.
• Support emergency preparedness, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and workers’ compensation administration.
• Establish and track KPIs; provide executive level reporting and data-driven decision making.
