Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist & Trainer to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our facility. You will conduct training, perform inspections, analyze hazards, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a safe, prevention-focused workplace.

You will collaborate with operations and leadership to promote continuous improvement, safety culture, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or similar environments.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field (degree waiver possible).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and policies aligned with OSHA/EPA and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver engaging EHS training to diverse audiences and track completion.
