Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and training across our facilities. You will investigate incidents, assess risks, and implement improvements that protect employees and improve productivity.

You will partner with leaders to champion continuous safety improvements and coach associates in best practices. The role requires OSHA knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-stakes safety scenarios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in an EHS-related field OR a Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related background OR 6 months safety experience within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in security/personnel matters.

• Lead safety programs through data-driven strategies and audits.
• Investigate incidents and conduct risk assessments to reduce injuries.
