Job summary

You will audit, train, analyze incident trends, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with site leadership to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and regulatory alignment. This role supports a safe workplace, reduces risk, and champions responsible environmental practices. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 3+ years in EHS in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of environmental, health and safety compliance experience in manufacturing.
• Detailed knowledge of federal, state/provincial and local EHS regulations.
• PSM knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to act as a positive EHS role model.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical thinking and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage environmental, health, safety, security, and sustainability activities to comply with regulations and KIK EHS policies to prevent injuries and environmental impact.
• Partner with Site Leadership to ensure proper EHS protocols, plans and initiatives are in place and followed.
• Ensure tracking of applicable laws and regulations and take necessary actions for compliance.
• Maintain EHS management information systems and documentation.
• Lead EHS initiatives including policies, procedures, programs, and regulatory compliance systems for continuous improvement.
• Identify and analyze organizational risks and develop programs to mitigate them.
• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to improve EHS performance.
• Manage the EHS Management System components: Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance Evaluation, Improvement.
• Lead site emergency response team and EHS committee.
• Influence stakeholders and behaviors.
