Job summary
KIK Consumer Products is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead site safety, regulatory compliance, and training across our manufacturing operations in the United States. The role focuses on hazard reduction, waste management, and safe, compliant processes for a broad range of consumer products.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in chemical manufacturing or related sectors, deep knowledge of PSM/RMP requirements, and proven leadership in driving continuous
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
- 5+ years in environmental, health and safety compliance in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of federal/state/local EHS regulations
- Experience with industrial wastewater and potable water systems a plus
- Experience with PSM, RMP or E2 requirements; supervisory experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide site-specific EHS technical guidance
- Establish and monitor site EHS objectives and targets
- Represent EHS on the site Leadership Team
- Develop and execute plans to improve EHS performance
- Manage EHS training program for new hires, contractors and refreshers
- Lead site EHS Committee and communications
- Oversee incident reporting, investigation and recordkeeping
- Assist with workers' compensation claims and Return to Work program
