Compunnel Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health Safety Specialist to manage EHS programs across two distribution centers in North Wales and New Britain, PA. The role involves risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and driving a proactive EHS culture.

You will develop and maintain EHS plans, provide guidance to leadership and employees, deliver training, and collaborate with regulatory agencies and contractors to ensure GMP and OSHA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage EHS programs across two distribution centers in North Wales and New Britain, PA.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Identify EHS risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS, OSHA, environmental, and GMP requirements.
• Develop and maintain site EHS plans, policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Provide EHS guidance and support to site leadership, managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Develop and deliver EHS training, safety awareness programs, and employee coaching.
• Monitor environmental, health, and safety performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze incidents and trends and recommend actions to improve site safety performance.
• Support equipment, process, and facility changes to ensure EHS compliance.
• Partner with internal teams, regulatory agencies, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a proactive EHS culture across both sites.
