ProBio is seeking an EHS Specialist to join the EHS department in New Jersey, reporting to the Sr. EHS Manager. You will develop and oversee safety programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting employee well-being across facilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in EHS, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with responsibilities including training, audits, and regulatory liaison. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field; 3–5 years in EHS.
• Knowledge of state and federal EHS guidelines (NJDEP, OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
• Lead EHS training sessions and design measurement methods for EHS standards.
• Coordinate safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; maintain reports.
• Act as liaison with government agencies and vendors for EHS programs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and employee well-being.
