Job summary

ProBio, a GenScript subsidiary, seeks an EHS Specialist to ensure site operations comply with EHS policies and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Sr. EHS Manager and drives safety, environmental, and health initiatives across the facility.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement programs, lead training, conduct audits, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to maintain a proactive safety culture and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of work experience in the EHS or related role required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of state and federal EHS guidelines for the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor EHS programs to ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
• Lead EHS training sessions for employees and measure EHS standards.
• Collaborate with departments to promote safety and well-being across the site.
