Job summary
Dee Zee, Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across all Dee Zee locations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in an EHS/technical role or equivalent
- Experience with environmental compliance programs, safety inspections, incident reporting, and training coordination
- Experience with regulatory documentation or corrective action tracking
- Experience with SWPPP, stormwater, hazardous materials, SDS management, OSHA/EPA compliance
Responsibilities
- Support development, implementation and improvement of EHS programs
- Identify hazards and improve safety practices with employees and managers
- Assist with incident investigations and maintain EHS records
- Coordinate safety-related training and exams and support emergency response planning
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, DNR, ISO, IATF and company requirements
