Job summary

Pregis is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to lead site-wide safety, health, and environmental programs at the Sussex, WI site and to support the nearby Elkhorn, WI location. The role collaborates with site leadership to reduce risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a Safety-First culture across all operations.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of HSE experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, PSM, and RMP

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Health, Safety & Environmental experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, PSM, and RMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Foster a Safety-First culture by driving employee engagement and promoting an empowered workforce.
• Partner with managers to build relationships and ensure accountability across all levels.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures that comply with regulations.
