Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional in California to lead incident investigations, provide across-site EHS support, and drive a positive safety culture. You will partner with engineers, technicians, and specialists to review risks and ensure safe operations on the factory floor and launch prep areas.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of EHS experience, OSHA knowledge, and hands-on JHA experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Sciences.
• 2–4 years of EHS experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental requirements.
• Experience conducting JHAs and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Drive incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Provide EHS support to departments across the site.
• Drive initiatives that foster a positive safety culture.
• Partner with the team to create and review risk assessments, such as JHAs.
• Prepare and provide support for EHS activities and documentation.
