Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Reno is seeking an EHS Specialist to develop and promote environmental, health, and safety programs across the facility. You will deliver training, perform inspections and audits, identify hazards, and drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations to create a safe, productive workplace.

You will own the site inspection schedule, investigate incidents, document findings, and support emergency preparedness, contractor onboarding, and risk-reduction initiatives with

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field (equivalent experience allowed).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training and developing content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs aligned with OSHA and EPA.
• Lead site inspections, audits, and risk assessments; track corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Deliver EHS training and track compliance with records.
• Support contractor onboarding and emergency planning.
