Job summary

Tate Inc. in Red Lion, PA is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across operations. You will partner with operations and leadership to implement safety programs and foster a strong safety culture.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in EH&S, 3–5 years of experience, OSHA 30 certification (CSP preferred), and proven ability to conduct audits, investigations, and training. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, safety, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three to five years of experience in EHS, safety, or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations within operational environments.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance across operations.

• Maintain safety documentation and records for audits.
