Valmont Industries seeks an EHS Specialist in Estill/Newberry, SC to lead site safety and environmental programs. You will manage data in the EHS information system, drive risk assessments, and ensure compliance with global EHS standards.

This role involves coordinating safety teams and training, and serving as the liaison with regulatory agencies. Daily on-floor engagement, data collection for regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement are core expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing Environmental Health & Safety targets and objectives.
• Ability to lead risk assessments and control hazards across a site.
• Proven track record implementing EHS standards and programs.

Responsibilities

• Report to EHS Manager and support regional safety initiatives.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain EHS training programs and documentation.
