T1 Energy Inc. is seeking a Safety Specialist to support environmental, health, and safety programs for our 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, as we move from active construction to commissioning and operations.

Reporting to the EHS Director, you will partner with project teams, contractors, and vendors to identify hazards, ensure OSHA compliance, develop site-specific SOPs, deliver training, and help build a zero-harm safety culture.

Formación

• OSHA knowledge and incident reporting experience.
• Hazard recognition, safety inspections, audits, incident investigations.
• Employee training and documentation of safety programs.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and ISO frameworks.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support EHS activities in an active construction-site environment until commissioning and operations.
• Review work plans with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance.
• Conduct field observations and enforce OSHA and site safety requirements.
• Identify hazards, propose corrective actions, and track findings to closure.
• Lead safety training on PPE, emergency response, hazard recognition, and SOPs.
• Assist with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs and internal audits.
