Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to identify and resolve EHS concerns across facilities. You will ensure compliance, track regulatory changes, implement improvements, and serve as the point of contact for environmental and safety inquiries.

Two to four years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a four- or five-year program.
• Two to four years of related EHS experience or training.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducts EHS audits across multiple sites and provides corrective actions.
• Authors reports for OSHA, EPA, and local agencies and maintains permit reporting.
• Manages environmental data systems and supports ISO 14001 activities.
• Leads EHS training and promotes a proactive safety culture.
