Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks an EHS manager to develop and implement Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs across its global operations. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous program improvements across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, formal EHS training, and strong leadership with travel readiness to North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Safety Sciences).
• Formal training in occupational health and safety is required.
• ISO 9001 and 14001 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements EHS&S standards and code of conduct.
• Leads regulatory compliance programs for health, safety, hazardous materials, and environmental management.
• Conducts EHS&S audits and prepares recommendations for program improvements.
• Travels to Tremco CPG locations to support EHS&S compliance.
• Provides training and tools to ensure organizational compliance with EHS&S standards.
