Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the development and implementation of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with Tremco CPG standards. The role requires overseeing audits, regulatory programs, and training across Tremco CPG locations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Natural Sciences, 4–10 years in compliance, formal safety training, and a Certified Safety Professional credential,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in natural sciences (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental or Safety Sciences).
• 4–10 years of experience in compliance and regulatory policy in a materials processing environment.
• Formal training in occupational health and safety.
• Board of Certified Safety Professionals – Certified Safety Professional certification.
• ISO 9001 and 14001 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates EHS&S standards and conducts audits.
• Leads regulatory compliance programs in OH&S, hazmat, environmental management, transportation safety, security and product compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of EHS&S regulations and researches best practices.
• Travels to Tremco CPG locations as needed to advise operations on EHS&S.
• Develops enterprise-wide EHS&S programs and trains staff to ensure compliance.
• Provides guidance to management and investigates EHS&S incidents and program improvements.
