Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to identify, assess, and resolve EHS concerns across multiple facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance and track changes in laws affecting the organization.

You will conduct audits, prepare reports for OSHA/EPA, manage data reporting, support ISO 14001 activities, and participate in safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to four years related experience.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Conducts EHS audits of sites and develops corrective actions.
• Authors reports for OSHA, EPA, and local agencies.
• Manages environmental data reporting systems for compliance.
• Maintains a visible safety presence on the shop floor.
• Participates in ISO 14001 program activities.
• Ensures proper handling of facility waste streams.
