Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, engineering, or science.
  • 1–2 years of experience or relevant academic background encouraged.
  • Strong communication skills and basic EHS familiarity preferred.

Job description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented EHS Specialist to support our fast-paced tech industry environment. You’ll serve as a key operational partner to our regional EHS leadership, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of safety across corporate offices, content production sites, and high-profile events.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional EHS Manager to deliver daily operational support to business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate EHS programs and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead and coordinate EHS incident response and investigations, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, and develop action plans to address findings.
  • Assist in developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, training, and committees aligned with corporate standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver health and wellness initiatives, ergonomic programs, and employee assistance resources.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates with a relevant academic background or 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
  • Basic familiarity with EHS concepts is helpful, but strong knowledge is not required, just a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to develop high-quality reports and documentation.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to meet business needs.
