Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support two operations. This field-focused role builds strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead EHS programs, perform field inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and manage corrective actions across sites, partnering with operations and maintenance to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3+ years EHS experience in industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience inspecting, recognizing hazards, investigating incidents, and managing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with environmental programs involving stormwater, waste, and chemical management.
• Willingness to work in outdoor industrial environments and travel between sites.

• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to build practical EHS programs.
• Serve as a key contact during regulatory inspections and follow up on findings and corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in chemical, mining, industrial minerals, manufacturing, heavy industry, construction materials, utilities, or a similar industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, recognizing hazards, investigating incidents, and managing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with environmental programs involving stormwater, waste, and chemical management.
• Experience and willingness to work in outdoor industrial environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
