Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Representative to lead facility cultural transformation and drive safety excellence at our Findlay, OH site.

You will partner with the Plant Manager and site leaders to strengthen safety programs, train staff, and monitor compliance. The role requires 3+ years of safety experience, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible safety and health experience.
• Experience in designing, managing, and administering safety and health programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and State safety regulations.
• Related licenses, certifications, and professional memberships preferred.
• Experience with trend analysis, risk reduction, continuous improvement and/or LEAN principles.
• Expertise promoting a strong safety culture.
• Experience conducting site facility inspections.
• Proficiency with lockout/tagout procedures.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
