Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Representative in Cordele, Georgia. This role involves leading cultural transformation for safety and health in partnership with site leaders. Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible safety and health experience.
• Experience in designing, managing, and administering safety and health programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and State safety regulations.
• Related licenses, certifications, and professional memberships preferred.
• Experience with trend analysis, risk reduction, continuous improvement and/or LEAN principles.
• Expertise promoting a strong safety culture.
• Experience conducting site facility inspections.
• Proficiency with lockout/tagout procedures.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
