Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking an EHS Coordinator to coordinate new hire onboarding and manage safety trainings. You will handle incident investigations, hazard analyses, and reinforce safe behaviors across the plant.

Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, updating training programs, and providing technical safety support. Qualifications include a high school diploma and OSHA/NSC/ASSE certifications preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA/NSC/ASSE certification desirable.
• Environmental/industrial experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and safety trainings.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Perform hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training and communications.
• Support environmental programs such as stormwater and spill prevention.
• Maintain safety program documentation for compliance.
• Provide technical safety assistance for plant programs.
• Engage with all job classifications on safety awareness.
