Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Technician for our Le Center, Minnesota facility. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining compliant EHS programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

The successful candidate will support administration and continuous improvement of EHS initiatives to prevent injuries and environmental impacts while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or safety certification required.
• Thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, standards and best practices.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• CSP/CRSP or equivalent designation is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Lead or support incident investigations including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain records of safety incidents, investigations and recommendations.
• Conduct safety, hazard and risk assessments and inspections.
• Coordinate with HR on workers' compensation claims and injury management.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A logs and other regulatory records.
