Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Safety Technician to support the EHS program in our Georgia facility. The role focuses on promoting a safe workplace, conducting inspections, training employees, and investigating incidents to drive continuous safety improvements.

You'll work with operations, maintenance, and leadership to identify hazards, ensure OSHA compliance, maintain records, and participate in corrective actions. A strong communicator with a hands-on safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Safety or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial safety experience.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and inspections.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and safety records management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard identifications.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Lead safety trainings including LOTO, PPE, and emergency response.
• Investigate incidents and document findings.
• Coordinate with operations to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and permits.
