Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience (or a bachelor's with 2+ years) in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing support.
• Strong communication skills; aligning senior leadership on strategic objectives while coaching frontline teams.
• Experience with RCCA process, business case creation and process improvements.
• Strong listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Scheduling development activities by project with multi‑project balance.
• Development/integration/implementation/execution of site EHS strategies aligned to company vision.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Strong analytical and data management skills using Excel, Tableau and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise in EHS safety disciplines.
• Integrates disciplines across multiple EHS families and applies specialized technical expertise.
• Assists, tracks, and measures projects addressing safety issues.
• Partners with site leadership on daily Safety and Environmental Management Systems execution.
• Manages and compiles data from multiple outputs to present to leadership.
