Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in workplace matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments with data-driven strategies.
• Deliver engaging safety training for associates.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships across the organization to instill safety culture.
• Assist with emergency response and safety operations at the site.
• Adapt to variable site conditions, including shifts and outdoor environments.
