Epic Piping is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program across designated sites. The role entails supervising the Safety Specialist, traveling to conduct audits, root cause analysis, and hands-on EHS leadership to drive continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with site leadership, DOT drivers, and employees to reduce risk, lift safety culture, and maintain compliance with OSHA and other environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or EHS roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with EHS reporting systems
• OSHA 3-hour, First Aid/CPR/AED, HAZWOPER or equivalent certifications preferred

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, improve, and coordinate safety programs across sites
• Lead investigations of accidents and near-misses; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Conduct vehicle inspections for CMV safety compliance
• Perform regular safety audits across designated sites and report findings
• Identify gaps in safety performance and develop targeted improvement programs
• Provide safety training on policies, regulations, and procedures
• Advise leadership on EHS compliance for projects, operations, and facilities
• Maintain safety records and incident documentation per standards
