Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or 6 months Amazon safety experience or a Bachelor's in EHS-related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in workplace security matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program development and implementation with data-driven approaches.
• Conduct daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training to associates and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Translate safety data into actionable insights and drive improvements.
