Job summary

Spirax-Sarco Engineering seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to strengthen safety culture across manufacturing sites. You will deploy EH&SS programs, train personnel, and act as a technical resource for leadership.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance to reduce risk and enhance environmental performance. You will collaborate with operations and maintenance to integrate EHSS into daily processes and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong EHS background.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EH&SS Management System and deploy programs for compliance.
• Ensure site personnel and contractors are trained on EH&SS policies.
• Serve as technical resource to management on EH&SS issues.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Develop hazard assessments and energy control procedures.
• Manage Site Security, Emergency Planning, and Training materials.
• Support Change Management with EH&SS impact analysis.
