Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC in Hobbs, New Mexico is seeking a Safety Coordinator to deliver safety, health and environmental compliance support for its natural gas pipeline network and processing facilities. The role ensures compliance programs, procedures and records with federal, state and local regulations, conducts on-site audits, delivers training, and coordinates incident investigations.

Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations is required; willingness to travel to field

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency including Excel and Outlook.
• Working knowledge OSHA, EPA and DOT Regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional health, safety and environmental program to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Travel to plant sites for meetings, assessments and inspections.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations and 24/7 emergency availability.
• Review and update EHS documentation, manuals, procedures and training materials.
• Conduct on-site facility audits and safety/environmental program improvements.
• Develop and coordinate EHS training and monitor training compliance.
• Assist with budget tracking and cost management for EHS initiatives.
