Job summary

Anderson Erickson Dairy is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment professional to develop and coordinate EHS programs, train staff, and administer policies to promote a healthy, hazard-free workplace. You will respond to incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.

A bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field and at least five years’ experience in safety and compliance are required; strong communication and organizational skills are essential; familiarity with OSHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in safety, environmental or health management.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental rules for manufacturing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal safety laws.
• Perform inspections and audits of work environments for compliance.
• Develop and present safety training material.
• Maintain safety and training records.
• Promote safety programs and hazard prevention.
• Monitor accidents and propose corrective actions.
