You will support budgeting, invoices, contracts, and vendor coordination while scheduling audits, trainings, and team events. Strong organization and confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in executive or project coordination.
• 3+ years supporting senior leaders with strong organization and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidential handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily executive support to EHS&S leaders (calendar, meetings, travel, expense reporting).
• Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes, and action trackers.
• Coordinate communications with internal/external partners and site stakeholders.
• Maintain records, training and compliance documentation; dashboards and status updates.
• Support budgeting, invoices, and vendor coordination; assist audits and training events.
