Job summary

El Camino Health is seeking a Manager for Environmental Health and Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) to join their Cypress facility. This role is vital in ensuring a safe workplace and compliance with all regulatory standards, including OSHA.

You will develop and manage the facility’s safety system, conduct audits, and oversee environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of EHS experience, along with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive EHS&S experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing environmental permits like air, water, and waste.
• Ability to lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the safety management system aligned with OSHA standards.
• Conduct routine safety audits and workplace inspections.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time.
