Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, environmental compliance standards, hazardous materials regulations, and occupational health practices.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments or similar industrial settings with a focus on workplace safety initiatives.
• Strong understanding of EMS and environmental regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent report writing and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to train and develop sessions on safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and related legal compliance.
• First Aid, CPR, OSHA certifications or equivalent are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and other standards.
• Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, root cause analyses, and incident investigations.
• Oversee hazardous materials handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
• Lead training on safety regulations and emergency response (CPR/First Aid).
• Manage workers' compensation claims process.
• Prepare incident reports, compliance documents, audit findings, and improvement plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and safety culture.
