Job summary

Natureplex is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Manager to lead company‑wide EHS&S programs across our manufacturing facilities in Olive Branch, MS. You will ensure regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, workplace safety, and facility security while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in manufacturing EHS, and OSHA/EHS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety/environmental or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001/45001 programs.
• OSHA 30 General Industry certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS&S programs across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, FDA and regulations.
• Maintain ISO 14001/45001 systems and audits.
• Oversee inspections, permits, CAPAs and reporting.
• Deliver safety and regulatory training to staff.
• Lead investigations of injuries and incidents.
• Coordinate hazardous waste and chemical safety programs.
• Manage emergency preparedness and security programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and HR.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Interface with regulators and auditors.
