Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced EHS&S Manager for our Cypress manufacturing facility in Orange County. You will lead safety programs, manage environmental permits, and drive continuous improvement with Compliance, Quality, and Workplace & Facilities teams.

The role requires OSHA knowledge, incident investigations, and strong communication. Travel ~20% and a competitive benefits package accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or closely related technical field.
• Deep working knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910) and experience with OSHA 300 logs and inspections.
• Experience managing environmental permits (air, water, waste) and preparing regulatory submissions independently.
• Proven ability to lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
• Strong communication skills for regulatory discussions and frontline staff explanations.
• Ability to implement internal processes that drive organizational effectiveness.
• Experience with EHS management software and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the facility safety management system aligned with OSHA and policy.
• Conduct routine safety audits, near-miss reviews, and workplace inspections.
• Lead CAPA tracking and real-time response to incidents and first-aid events.
• Perform root cause analyses and drive corrective actions to completion.
• Manage environmental permits (air, water, waste) and ensure generator compliance.
• Prepare regulatory reports (Tier II, TRI, DMR) on time.
• Report KPIs on energy, water, waste, and GHG emissions.
