Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group is seeking an EHS & Quality Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and quality programs across manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, a safe workplace, and consistent product quality, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in EHS or quality within manufacturing.
• Experience implementing or maintaining quality management systems and leading CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS and Quality Management Systems to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead safety strategy, conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee CAPA, MRB, and supplier quality programs; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, training programs, and performance reporting; mentor staff.
